To order UV printing on surfaces that are going to be physically, chemically, thermally or mechanically processed, laminated, applied for surface mounting of printed and unprinted products (tape, installation etc…).

Customer is obliged to notify the manager!

To achieve the desired result a test sample may be created.

Considered as ready to print files in TIFF (when applying layouts that contain vector graphics, details agree with the manager)

– No additional channels and routes;

– In the CMYK color model RGB or without embedded profiles;

– The size of the image file should match the size of the printed image 1: 1;

– Resolution of the image in the file should be 100-600 dpi depending on the linear dimensions of the product:

Print white in white colour

if there is a need to print in white, it should be given on a separate file or layer. You need to fill in the field of printing black spot color, or shades of black print shades of white (thus we know that while printing what is black will be in white (inversion)).

print in white colour is divided:

underprint – the first layer white printing serves as a substrate in the following color layer.

overprint – the first layer of printing goes multicolour and next is  white (white or selective in the entire image).

White Standard – Printing is only white on transparent or colored materials.

If there is a need in picture reflection image file is transmitted to the source (not the reflection) form.  only need to reflect it is mentioned

Requirements for materials for UV printing:

Standard materials

– Rolled sheet and coated meterialy PVC and Acrylic, StyrolAkryloNitryl (SAN), polystyrene, PET

Custom materials

• glass, Ceramics, leather, wood, textile, gypsum, metal, wall, composite materials, aluminum-plastic panels, cardboard, foam and other materials that are suitable in size, surface quality and weight and do not apply to flammable.
• printing details
• Accuracy linear dimensions under-printing 1 mm, error-based operator 1mm, take this into consideration when preparing layouts.
• To guarantee the full print material reserves serve layout of each edge 2 mm
• Maximum table size of 1600 x 3200mm equipment,
• Total weight less than 80 kg (weight per square meter of material is not more than 15 kg)
• Material thickness of no more than 30 mm, provided smooth and flat surface, without bends, dents, waves;
• Material must be clean, free of dust, dirt, etc.;
• In case the laser cutting was performed before printing,then at the edges of the melted material are left surface tension that the processing of the material before printing can cause cracks in the material (typical acrylic, after degreasing alcohol);
• When printing roll materials, roll should be rolled smoothly (not wrinkled edges).
• To avoid scratching the back of the material, it must be covered with a protective film; if this film is missing, then claims about scratches on the back of the material will not be accepted;
• Any material the customer must be signed on the back side (the exact specified size and file name to be printed on the material);
• When printing any material non-standard products to the customer, the technological needs may require a certain amount of material. The need to deliver on the production process of reserve stipulated separately in each case.

• Printed product used for the backlight (light box)
• Elements and interior furniture  – you have to provide drawings or other  version of location of the final product or family of products (drawings, preview, preview)
• If the material is not completely printed – specify the specific location of the image on the material (centering, printing relative edge) otherwise placing images on the material will be done by the operator

Color reproduction.

Do not focus on the image on the monitor or mock trial printing on color printers, if ,while printing, an extra attantion should be payed on color ( “hit” in the corporate color palette with color emulation Pantone, print reproductions of works of art, etc.). In this case, the only 100% guarantee against mistakes – is a color try , made on the same equipment and materials as the main printing order.

Color try might be :

scale – thumbnail assessment for color reproduction on a large widescreen product ;

natural – fragment in 1: 1 scale for assessing color reproduction of parts of large size products in bulk;

range of colors – color output samples ( “squares”) with a certain color range for selecting desired color (color tone).

In case of discrepancy of given to print files and materials with the above requirements, they must be agreed with the manager.
